Cancellation of courses

If you have booked a course but need to cancel, we ask for at least 7 days notice so that we can arrange for another parent and baby to have the space. If notice is given within less than 7 days, we will do our best to fill your space but we cannot guarantee a refund. Course bookings are transferable if given 7 days notice.

Privacy

We will not use any of your details for any purpose other than that of processing your order. We will add your email address to our mailing list to keep you updated of our activities and products. You can easily unsubscribe from this mailing list at any time by following the link at the bottom of the mailing list email.

We are committed to protecting your privacy. We will only use the information that we collect about you lawfully (in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998).

We collect information about you for 2 reasons: firstly, to process your order and second, to provide you with the best possible service. We will not e-mail you in the future unless you have given us your consent.

We will never collect sensitive information about you without your explicit consent. The information we hold will be accurate and up to date. You can check the information that we hold about you by emailing us. If you find any inaccuracies we will delete or correct it promptly.

Payment by cheque

Due to very limited availability of spaces on courses, regrettably, we cannot reserve spaces unless paid for in advance (a space is only booked once a cheque has cleared).

Payment by Google Checkout

We use Google Checkout for our payments processing, as they provide an excellent secure payments service.

Pricing and accuracy of information

Mums with Tots make every effort to ensure information posted on this web site is up to date and accurate, however some errors may remain. All errors and omissions excepted. Mums with Tots reserves the right to change course agendas and\or pricing at any time and without notice (except where a course has already been booked).
