This is a great way to get back into shape and involve baby at the same time, keeping it fun for two of you. It is suitable from 6 weeks after birth. Our classes focus on breathing, relaxation, body awareness and developing core strength to cope with the physical demands of motherhood. It is effective for strengthening your pelvic floor and lower back muscles.
